The Personal section also includes the Inbox feature, your hub for managing updates and staying organised across all workflows. The Inbox is the foundation of the Personal section. It consolidates all updates from your workflows, reflecting every action you take instantly. This integration ensures you can stay on top of everything across your projects without switching between different sections. You can see all updates in one place and manage them effectively.
No matter how many film projects you are managing or at what stage they are—whether it’s just an idea for a script, acquiring funding for another project, or a production in full swing—everything is consolidated in your Inbox, so you instantly know what you are up against.
You can work with the Inbox in different ways. List and Kanban views allow you to choose the best style, with items quickly moved between these views with a single click. If you prefer, you can use the Hybrid mode, which combines both views into one workspace. In Hybrid mode, you can create folders like in List or columns like in Kanban, create to-dos, manage cards and tasks, and keep everything organised in one place. You can also select any cards and tasks or use the menu to select all items at once for group actions, such as deleting or archiving. Archived items are stored in a dedicated Archive section, where they can be restored if needed, ensuring nothing important is ever lost.
Adding and managing Personal To-dos in Pzaz is simple and intuitive, with buttons for every action. Stay organised by adding notes, due dates, or attachments to each task.
