The Stripboard feature in Pzaz is designed to help you manage your shooting schedule. It allows you to break down your script into scenes and organize them visually to plan each day of your shoot. With Stripboard, you can stay on top of every shooting day’s requirements and adjust your schedule as necessary.
To take full advantage of the Stripboard feature, you will first need to create a script that can be used as a foundation for the stripboard.
Once you’ve selected to open the Stripboard section of the product, you need to select an existing script from the left-hand menu. Once you do that, then the Stripboard view will open and give you a clear and concise breakdown of each scene in your script. You can then begin to allocate specific shooting days and assign resources.
You can move scenes around if there are changes in your production schedule and monitor the availability of your team and locations. This feature also allows you to track which scenes are ready, which are in progress, and which are completed. It helps you to visualize the entire production flow, ensuring that you stay organized from start to finish.
