Pzaz is about to make a short film, from first idea to final frame, using our own storyboarding platform. We're looking for one film student, fluent in English and Italian, to work with us in person at our office in Torino and tell the story of us telling a story: for 3 months, every day on social media in docufilm style. After that, you can join us making the real film.

The Pzaz team takes an idea from blank page to script, storyboard, shot list and animatic, entirely in Pzaz. Real deadlines, real arguments, real decisions.

You document it on social, docufilm style, every day
Reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes, stories and carousels, shot and cut docufilm style, in English and Italian. You decide what today's story is. 2+ hours of creating a day.

A film ready to shoot
After 3 months the short film is written, storyboarded and ready to shoot, and your daily story shows how it got there.

Then the real film gets made, and you can join the team making it.
A filmmaker who already thinks in feeds.
You study film, and you already know how to make people stop scrolling. You can shoot it, cut it and post it the same day, and still care about the long story.
You must
Required- Be a film, video or media student (or a recent graduate)
- Speak and write English and Italian fluently
- Have real experience creating social content: an account, a client or a channel you've grown
- Commit to 2 or more hours of creating, every day of the project
- Shoot and edit on your own, from phone to timeline
- Work with us in person at our office in Torino, most days of the project
Bonus points
Nice to have- A documentary eye: you find the story in what actually happens
- Comfortable on camera as well as behind it
- Curious about AI in filmmaking, sceptical included
- Subtitling, motion graphics or sound design
- Already living in or near Torino
Bilingual is not a nice-to-have. You'll create every piece in both languages, so we'll ask you to show both in your application.
